  • Lead a 1h-1h15 PE lesson centred around a sport.

  • In your lesson you will : 

    • Teach the class sport-specific vocabulary.
    • Have the class use this vocabulary during the activities.
    • Have the class think about health benefits related to your sport.
    • Use your skills acquired at STAPS and during your teacher training to teach the class PE activities in English. 

  • ⚠️ Read carefully the evaluation grid and the course guidelines.

         

  As the PE teacher you must do the following tasks in the order you wish

      

  1. Set up the equipment (≃ 5min)

  2. Give us the context of your PE lesson (≃ 5min)

  3. Vocabulary warm up (≃ 5min)

  4. Promote the health benefits of your sport (≃ 5min)

  5. Teach rules / techniques of your sport (≃ 5min)      

  6. Physical warm up (≃ 5min)

  7. Teach 1 / 2 situations from a real PE class (≃ 30-45min)

  8. Feedback Moment (≃ 5min)

  9. Cooldown (≃ 5min)

  10. Put away the equipment (≃ 5min)
